Sponsor an Animal

Green Briar Nature Center seeks adults and children or classrooms interested in helping us care for our resident animals by sponsoring an animal for a year. 

Your sponsorship provides funding for our education programs and animal care.  You may choose to sponsor any of the following animals: 

Nina the Eastern Box Turtle

Leonardo the 3-Toed Box Turtle

Kaa the Corn Snake

Albi the Garter Snake

Sticky Toes the White's Tree Frog

Mrs. Toad Great Plains Toad

Eddy Rex Cottontail Rabbit

Teddy Rex Cottontail Rabbit

The Finch Bros.- Brown-tail & White-tail-Society Finch

Hope the White Crested Guinea Pig

With your sponsorship donation of $25, you will receive 

*An adoption Certificate with facts about your sponsored animal

*A photograph of your sponsored animal

*Your name posted on the animal's display for 12 months

*A special invitation for a Meet and Greet with your animal for you and your family or guest at Green Briar

*ADDITIONAL OPTION FOR CLASSROOMS: For an additional $35 per sponsorship your animal will come to school accompanied by a Burgess Naturalist for a 30 minute meet and greet right in your classroom
